Oliver’s extensive background includes running financial businesses and leading sales teams of over 50 staff. His self-funded property portfolio, valued at £9 million with a GDV of £10.75 million, showcases his strategic prowess.
DGH’s portfolio, 80% in London and 20% across the UK, has seen transactions surpassing £15 million. Oliver personally oversees property interiors, emphasising attention to detail while adhering to budgets. His proactive engagement with local authorities, planners, agents, and banks ensures seamless operations.
Looking ahead, Oliver envisions a £25 million portfolio for DGH by 2026. Actively seeking investments and joint ventures, DGH, under Oliver’s leadership, is poised for transformative growth.

I’ve always had a keen eye for property, I jumped right in and started buying properties at 20 years old, I have always found it inspiring and rewarding being able to transform and improve a space.
My career background is in financial services, I’ve worked and ran several financial businesses – running sales teams, negotiating with commercial providers/services, building systems and controls to achieve results – all skills of which I’ve found easily transferable within the property world.
Throughout my financial services career I’ve continued to scale my property portfolio, particularly within East London, my family were all raised there so the connection for me is strong, this combined with the expansion and development of the area has made it an ideal and profitable location for my investment.
